Payment Terms:

Hemraj Tours and Travels offers flexible payment options to make booking easy. To confirm your tour package, we require an advance payment of 20% of the total amount. After we receive the hotel confirmation, an additional 30% is due. The remaining 50% can be paid when you arrive. Please note that airfare and train tickets need to be paid in full when booking.

Cancellation Policy:

At Hemraj Tours and Travels, we understand that plans can change, so we offer a clear cancellation policy. After booking confirmation, you can cancel with a 25% fee. For cancellations made more than 7 days before the travel date, a 30% fee applies. Cancellations made 4 days before travel will have a 70% fee, and cancellations within 2 days of travel will incur a 100% charge. For train and flight tickets, cancellations follow the rules of Indian railways and airlines.

Refund Policy:

Our terms and conditions are designed to provide a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our guests. Hotel availability may vary, and extra charges may apply for higher-category rooms. Rates are non-commissionable and can change without notice. Cancellation policies and other terms follow the rules of the hotel or company, and a government service tax will be added. Please note that we do not provide cancellations or refunds for situations beyond our control, such as bad weather or political issues.

The confirmation of hotel rooms, train seats, and airfare depends on availability at the time of booking. Your bookings will be considered confirmed only after we receive full payment (100%) before the trip begins.

Changes to Holiday Plans:

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your travel plans, but please understand that not all changes may be possible. Any requests for changes must be made in writing, and you will be responsible for any costs that arise from those changes.
